I would like to thank all backers of the Oliva book by making a small portrait of all of them .
The portraits will be used for the design of the book.
If you are a backer and want to appear into the book send me an email with a front picture of you here
As you well know I am working on the illustrated guide of Oliva, which is the town where I live. This illustration, which I started yesterday, is a view from the "castle" of Santana in the northern part of the town.
Oliva wakes up in the fog, an unusual but spectacular thing.
If there is something I like in this world is wasting my time in a bar, not because I'm an alcoholic. What I like about bars is that feeling of being on vacation.
For the price of a coffee you can have a helpful waiter, a table to read quietly and, if you are bored with the news of the day (easy thing), you can entertain yourself with the show that usually offers the clientele.
Although, what I usually do is to write ideas on a notebook (creating new business is one of my hobbies).
Some months have died (?! - here I wanted to say something like "Long time") since the Kickstarter campaign for the book about Nepal finished. Succesfully finished.
The travel is done, the sketches are done... but... the things are going slower than I thought.
This book is going to be much more detailed (I mean the style of the drawing) than the last ones (my book about Ibiza was really sketchy) so the time goes really fast when I´m drawing but my drawings goes really slow.
So... I need some more time to finish the book.
¡¿HOW MANY TIME?!
The new plan is to have the book finished by the end of July and ready to ship 2 or 3 weeks after. This is the new plan.
I´m so sorry for this change but I´m prety sure the result will be worth it.
